Movie Day

So we decided to go and see the newest "kid" movie in the theatre.

Well I would say that it isn't a kid movie at all.

Alexa thought it was good but I don't think that she really understood everything.

Harper could have cared less.

It has a pretty complex storyline for little ones to follow.

It's a western with animals, so it has a typical western storyline.

Not a lot of laughs and some of the characters are pretty scary looking.

I think it's a movie better suited for a date night then one for a family movie day.

Unless your kids are older I wouldn't even bother taking them.

That said, for the adults, the movie was pretty good.

The animation was amazing.

It doesn't feel like you're at a "kid" movie and you'll soon forget that you're watching a bunch of animals.

Also Brad would want you to know that there is a really cool chase scene.

If your going because it's Johnny Depp's voice then find another reason because you can't really tell that it's his voice. 

That's my opinion anyways, but I'm not the biggest Depp fan ever.
